Take off the wrapping off just-bought flowers and put them in a clear vase. Life slowly emanates from the flowers to its surroundings. Take a bite out of an apple from the fridge, and again smell the flowers. I slowly swallow the freshness rising from the flowers.

Sitting on a surf board, I make waves on the sea with my legs. I see the bottom of the sea through the waves reflecting the sun. I wonder about the deep ocean although I was just in it. As I climb down the surf board, the coldness enamors my body. I take a short breath and swim into the ocean.

The library which I occasionally visit harbors a reddish brown bookshelf in the corner. On its aged shelves lay old books, fitting to its character. A particular one draws my attention among many that are wrapped with faded covers, asking to be picked up and opened. The pleasant, delicate smell from turning its pages makes me close the book again and turn the pages over from the first page to the very end.

I ring the bell when I arrive at the home I was invited to. The footsteps get closer, and door opens. The inside was more elegant than expected and I couldn’t help but look around. The hallway to the living room had many paintings on its walls. At the end it was a big painting covering more than half of the wall and a light that lights it up.

I take out a grapefruit and a cup from a freezer. I cut the grapefruit in half and squeeze its juice into the cup. I get some juice on my face but leave it, picking up the other half to juice it as well. I stir with some carbonated water and ice, and I hear small popping sounds.

A wild forest without human trace, a burnt firewood scent seeped deep inside the clothe, rough coat and a footwear, sharp tools and an expectation that I can make anything with these things. The pleasure you feel when you handle those rough and dangerous tools are different feelings than the pleasure you feel when you get recognition in a public society or by being a rich. The pleasure derives from a basic instinct.

I was feeling depressed by the sound of spring rain that started to come down at night. It is the night feel like I have lost all the qualities of love. Nevertheless, Nevertheless, I know that I want to love and be loved. And I will hide my mind and live tomorrow. Outside the window, It was raining until morning and petals flowed with rainwater. After all, we are all insecure but lovable beings.

Purple flowers with autumn moonlight.
Unexpected sudden cold air woke me up earlier than usual. Not knowing that I am awake, my cat was playing with my shoes lying next to the bed and the scent of the candle I burned last night still remained in my purple blanket. I closed my eyes again and as I drag up my blanket to cover myself I thought I should wear my new trench coat I bought earlier before.
