Placing Online Orders

When you are finished with your shopping, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button of the shopping cart and fill in the information as required. At the end of the check out process, you'll see a page confirming your order. Please click the "place order now" button to complete your purchase.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, cards issued by local banks which do not carry one of the below logos will not be accepted by our global processing service.


Apple Pay

We accept Apple Pay.

To get started, you will need to add your debit, credit, or prepaid cards to your device first. Check that you are up to the following standards:

       ·         Eligible device

       ·         A supported card from a participating card issuer

       ·         The latest version of iOS or macOS

       ·         An Apple ID signed in to iCloud

Bank Transfer

****After receiving the order, the customer will receive an email notification, which contains the bank account number and related information. Please follow the instructions to pay ****

1.      Please transfer within 2 working days after successful order placement

2.     After completing the transfer, please send the clear bank slip or online bank transfer records AND your order number via WhatsApp: 6730 0460

3.     After receiving the record, we will confirm the order within 1-2 working days (indicating that we have received your payment)

4.     Waiting for shipment after confirming orders, it is expected to arrive 3-4 days

5.      If there is no transfer within 2 days of work, the system will automatically cancel the order

 Birthday Credits

After joining as a member, you can enjoy HK$20 Birthday Credits, valid for 30 days.

Promotional Code

If you have a promotion code, just enter it in the promotion code field on the Shopping Cart page (Step 1 of the checkout process). Please note that these codes are case-sensitive. Click "Apply" to see the promotion reflected in your shopping basket. You may only use one promotion code per order, and in some cases, promotions can only be redeemed once per person. All promotion codes are available for a limited time, while supplies last and cannot be used once expired.

Confirm Order

After successfully placing an order, you will see a page thanking you for your order, together with an Order Number. You will also get an order confirmation email with all the details on. If you do not see either of these, there may be a problem with your order. You can check '"my account > orders" to see if the order is there and therefore has been placed.

Sometimes an order will be successfully submitted even if you get an error message on the last step. Please check the list of recent orders in "my account" before attempting to place the order again.

If you do not receive the order confirmation email, your email service provider or email software may have blocked our emails. Please check on any folder named "Junk", "Spam", "Filtered/Blocked", or even at the Trash/Bin folder.

Cancelling Order
When you complete the online order process, the order CANNOT be cancel

Changing Order
When you complete the online order process, only accept changes to the shipping information and order information, other changes are NOT acceptable.
Please note: Any change will affect the expected delivery time.
Once an order status is shown  "Shipped" status,  we will NOT accept any changes of order.
